The story of Dr. Aravind is one of passion and ambition. Growing up in a small town in Hyderabad, Aravind was surrounded by animals, which sparked his interest in veterinary medicine.  After completing his bachelor’s degree, he worked for six months at an animal birth control surgical center, then went on to pursue a master’s degree in veterinary surgery at Jabalpur veterinary college. 

It was during this time that Dr. Aravind was inspired by a Telugu saying, “Sarvendriyanam Nayanam Pradhanam”, which means that out of all sense organs, the eyes are the most important. This phrase ignited his ambition to become an ophthalmologist and further specialize in managing ocular diseases. Dr. Aravind let go of many opportunities that came knocking at his door after completing his masters to join us in October 2021 and brought with him exceptional surgical skills and a caring attitude.
